It is late September and I believe this is supposed to be FALL which is my favorite season.  Unfortunately/fortunately depending on how you look at it, it is summer outside, feeling like 40 C right now.  UGH!  I guess I must be a true Canadian because I welcome the cooler temperatures.

Anyhow, blah blah blah…..   What a busy spring and summer it’s been.  My apologies for not staying in touch here on the homesite.  I do try to keep up with my monthly newsletters so if you’d like updates sooner than later, you might want to sign up for that.  It might be time for a secretary!

I had the privilege of writing another new tune to celebrate “Canada 150” this year and it is being enjoyed by many fiddlers already.  I also had the great honour of having both “Canada 150” and “Fiddle Bill” played on the Carillon at the Peace Tower on Parliament Hill in Ottawa in May.  What a thrill that was!  I will try to include a few new photos here on my site now too.  Notice I use the word “Try” which is why I’m not in touch here more….. this is a huge undertaking for tech-deficient fiddler!

I hope that you’ve had a great summer season enjoying friends, family, music and good times.  I am settling into my fall teaching schedule now with several performances thrown in there for good measure as well.  I hope to see you soon!  Thanks for dropping by and for your support.     Kelli
